Refund & Cancellation

• All services once confirmed will be paid in full.
• Any reservations if cancelled between 30 and 15 days of the arrival date will incur a 15% cancellation charge of the total invoice amount.
• Any cancellation of a reservation received within 5 days of the arrival date will incur 50% of the cancellation amount of the total invoice.
• Any cancellation of reservation less than 5 days will attract 100% cancellation.
• All flights issued will be non endorsable / non re routable and non refundable. the flight cancellation is to be considered in exclusivity.
• Applicable refund shall be processed in 15 working days.
